陕西凝远新材料科技股份有限公司（简称凝远新材）前身为2008年成立的西安凝远水泥制品有限责任公司，2016年7月完成股份制改革，总部位于陕西省西咸新区秦汉新城周陵新兴产业园区天工二路，注册资本2.0972亿元，总资产规模超25亿元。

凝远新材目前有13家控股子公司，具有年产预制混凝土衬砌管片4万环、蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块和板材60万m³、预应力混凝土轨枕120万根、装配式预制混凝土PC构件5万m³、AAC专用干粉砂浆10万吨的生产能力。

凝远新材的产品以质量稳定，性能优异和服务优质，获得用户一致好评，市场占有率不断提升。现已和万科集团、绿地集团、保利集团、龙湖集团、旭辉集团、碧桂园集团、陕西建工集团等合作；并与中国建筑第三工程局有限公司、中国建筑第八工程局有限公司、中建新疆建工(集团)有限公司等建立战略合作关系。2019年5月，集团公司与万科合资成立陕西凝万绿建科技有限公司，将有力推动PC+AAC建筑部品的研发、设计、生产、应用及地产开发五位一体融合发展，是装配式建筑在全国范围内建造+制造的创新合作新模式。2019年12月，集团公司与北京预制建筑工程研究院携手成立北京预制建筑工程研究院西安分院，打造深度合作典范，共同致力于推动装配式建筑创新发展。2020年9月，榆林凝远与榆林高新区管委会成功签订投资合作协议，2020年11月，集团公司携手榆横巨辉共同增资榆林凝远新材料科技有限公司，全面开展装配式建筑部品AAC的设计、制造、施工、新材料技术推广应用与固废研究等领域合作的新篇章。

集团公司先后荣获全国建材行业“调结构、练内功、增效益”优秀企业、荣获“新丝路”十大领军企业、陕西省首批诚信建设示范单位、中国墙体屋面及道路用建筑材料产品质量信誉模范企业等殊荣。预制混凝土衬砌管片荣获2017年“陕西省名牌产品”称号。蒸压加气混凝土板材产品荣获2018年“陕西省名牌产品”称号。蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块及板材获得陕西省新型墙体材料产品认证、陕西省绿色建材产品、陕西省建设厅新技术推广项目、绿色建材评价标识证书。截至2023年05月，凝远新材荣获全国及陕西省建材行业技术革新奖励26项，授权专利38项，主编、参编国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准共30项。

Shaanxi NITYA New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (NITYA), formerly Xi’an NITYA Cement Product Limited Liability Company established in 2008, completed the joint-stock system reform in July 2016, headquartered in Tiangong Second Road, Zhouling New Industrial Park, Qinhan New City, Xixian New Area, Shaanxi, has a registered capital of RMB 209.72 million and a total asset size of more than RMB 2.5 billion.

With 13 holding subsidiaries, NITYA currently has an annual production capacity of 40,000 precast concrete lining segments, 600,000m³ autoclaved sand aerated concrete blocks and panels, 1.2 million prestressed concrete sleepers, 50,000m³ prefabricated precast concrete PC components and 100,000 tons of dry-mixed mortar for AAC.

As a national prefabricated building industry base, NITYA adheres to the corporate vision of “creating an integrated service provider integrating R&D, design, production and comprehensive service, becoming a national leading enterprise in the field of new building materials”, and provides high quality products and technology consulting, cost analysis, supply and distribution, on-site construction, acceptance coordination and other all-round services for clients. The autoclaved sand aerated concrete blocks and panels have been awarded the product certification of new wall materials in Shaanxi Province, certification of green building materials in Shaanxi Province, new technology promotion project of Development Department of Shaanxi Province, and green building material evaluation mark certificate. As of May 2023, NITYA has 26 awards for technological innovation in the national and Shaanxi building materials industry, 38 authorized patents, edited and co-edited 30 national standards, industry standards, local standards and group standards.

The Company has cooperated with Vanke, Greenland Group, Poly Group, Longfor Group, CIFI Group, Country Garden, SCEGC, etc.; the Company has established strategic cooperation relationships with China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd., CSCEC Xinjiang Construction & Engineering Group Co., Ltd., etc. In May 2019, the group company and Vanke established a joint venture, Shaanxi NITYA-Vanke Green Building Technology Co., Ltd., which is a new model of innovative cooperation for the national construction + manufacturing of prefabricated building and will strongly promote the five-in-one development of PC+AAC construction part R&D, design, production, application and real estate development. In December 2019, the Group Company and Beijing Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute established Beijing Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Xi’an Branch to work together to promote the innovative development of prefabricated building, creating a model of in-depth cooperation. In September 2020, Yulin NITYA and Yulin High-Tech Zone Management Committee successfully signed an investment and cooperation agreement; in November 2020, the Group Company and Yuheng Juhui jointly increased the capital of Yulin NITYA New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. to comprehensively carry out the cooperation in the fields of design, manufacture, construction of prefabricated building parts AAC, promotion and application of new materials and technologies, solid waste research.
